When Lori Dryer agreed to become the director of her local food pantry in 2008, she knew the task would be overwhelming. Since then the food pantry has evolved from providing emergency groceries to also providing a clothing closet and a place to receive personal hygiene products. The biggest addition is the home cooked meal provided each week to meet the

growing problem of food insecurity in Lori's Tulsa, Okla., community. Lori recognizes she can’t solve everyone’s problems, but
watch how she does what she can.
